The Office of the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi, conducted the "Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Programme – Master Trainers Training Workshop", a flagship initiative of the Government of India, to instill the spirit of SevaBhav in government functionaries. Organised in multiple batches at the National Academy of Direct Taxes – Regional Campus, Delhi, the workshops aim at empowering officers and officials of the Income Tax Department to deliver enhanced, citizen-centric public services.
