As part of the Swachhta programme, the Income Tax Department carried out a plantation drive at Civic Centre, Delhi. The event was led by Sh. Prawin Kumar, Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi. Senior officers including Smt. VismitaTej (CCIT-3), Smt. Deepali Chandra (CCIT-9), Dr.Gulshan Raj (Pr. CIT-15), Sh. Sanjay Gupta (Pr. CIT-10), and several other officers and officials participated with enthusiasm. Trees were planted to promote environmental sustainability and reinforce the Department’s commitment to a cleaner, greener India. The drive reflected the collective resolve of the Department towards environmental protection and public awareness under the Swachhta mission.
